Love the location it's next to the mall. Love that's there's a lot of parking. The place is very nicely decorated. The aesthetic was nice and the service was great. The sat us down immediately. All the food we tried was absolutely delicious. For sure recommend and we will be back

Iara our server was expectacular everything she recomend was amazing very good choices. Our dinner was wonderful and calm, her time to approach the table and see if we needed something was impeccable, we ask for a table outside and it was perfect.

Cheap quick meal at Aventura mall. All the dishes are filled with flavor. No reservation needed. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Very clean inside. Pretty chill spot to enjoy a good hearty meal

Aventura mall itself during December is just crazy. So do keep in mind it is peak season for this area. Definitely make reservations before coming in!! We had reservations so our party was sat down right away. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. It has beautiful Peruvian inspired decor. They even have a wall with stone and moss that reminds me of Machu Picchu. Even the chairs have a vibrant green and yellow color. It's really nice inside. They also have outdoor seating if you wanna catch some of the action out there. When we arrived at the table we were given the menus and little chips to snack on which consisted of plantain chips, yucca chips and fried corn. It was delish! Our waitress came and took our drink orders. She brought out waters as well which was much appreciated. I went with the chicha morada pisco sour (cause when in Rome right?) and it was amazing! The perfect pisco sour! We got a bunch of dishes to share because it is quite hard to pick one. But the best part is there's a whole part of the menu that has sharing options! To begin, we had the "conchudo y no comparte". It was amazing! It brought 4 raw scallops on the shell seasoned, 4 raw oysters that also had like a vinaigrette (they were amazing and meaty). And a mixed seafood ceviche with tostones. It's a great size to share between 4 people! We also got the causa limeña which was amazing. Basically think of a puree of mashed potatoes (cold) with a cold chicken salad on top. But it's great. Don't knock it till you try it. It is typical Peruvian cuisine. We also tried the Furai 105 roll. It was great! It's a crispy deep fried roll and it has a tuna Nikkei on top. The roll is great. And to finish it off we got the lomo saltado. The meat was absolutely delicious. Nice and tender. The fries were crisped to perfection. And they gave a huge portion of white rice. I did feel like there wasn't enough steak.. could use a little more. But overall it was delicious. Definitely a great place to check out for some delicious Peruvian food

Yes it's on the pricy side but it's a good treat for yourself. The drinks were greatly made and the food absolutely delicious!

Amazing spot, beautiful outdoor area with plants bordering the area. The service is incredible, even for a packed place. The food was to die for, truly. Hands down, some of the best ceviche ever!!! Also had other dishes and they are were out of this world. Can't wait to go back when I am in town again.

Love the concept, staff, ambiance, food flavors, and everything in between. Although I suggest reservations for busy places on specific days, I was able to walk up to the bar and get a seat there. Which made it even more fantastic of an experience. Sergy and other guy (sorry, never said his name) within the bar were flawless. Both are so helpful and with perfect timing. Not too much, not forgotten. The flavors were absolutely superb. The menu is extensive, having from cold items to cooked fantastic entrées. Overall, every single second is worth it here!

My sister and I tried CVI.CHE 105 at Aventura Mall, and it was spectacular. First, we informed our server about my gluten allergy, and she warned me that many options contained gluten. However, I was impressed by how she worked with the chef to create a dish that was not only fresh but also delicious and filling. The fish tasted incredibly fresh, and I loved the chimichurri sauce paired with it. The side dish was a generous portion, and all the vegetables were fresh and crisp. The ceviche clásico was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the pieces of choclo. Overall, the ambiance was great, and the music was lively. This place is definitely on my list of spots to visit when in Miami!

The best and my fave ceviche spot ! Now I spent a lot of time in Peru eating fresh food and ceviches and this spot is AUTHENTIC! They drinks are exceptional the menu has a ton of options and the place is a vibe. The service is always great , they make great recommendations and it's conveniently located in the Aventura mall so after a long day of shopping you can enjoy some great quality food. I used to go the the Miami location but I'm glad this one is closer to me!

Consistently great food & attentive service. Tastefully decorated and open space allows for a great view from wherever you are in the restaurant. Whether you are celebrating a special day, out for a casual date or just looking for great food, CVI.CHE 105 fits all occasions. Some of our favorites include: the fried yuca a la huancaina, lomo salteado, seafood pasta, pescado a lo macho, los tiraditos and their maracuya mousse dessert. Their alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are just as flavorful as their food. The pisco sour is delicious, and for mule is my favorite non-alcoholic option so far. Francisco was attentive, gave excellent recommendations and was knowledgeable on the menu. Walter, who we have sat down with in the past, is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Less than 5 stars as I've seen several flies around our table+food despite sitting as far inside the restaurant as possible. Additionally their seating is a bit too close together & not truly wheelchair and/or stroller friendly.
